    OUR VALUE'S
At Yass Valley Veterinary we believe in making a genuine difference.

This manifests itself in how we treat our patients, in how we interact with our clients, our community and our team members. We are always respectful and walk in other’s shoes. We ensure that we deliver by always doing what we say we are going to do and by doing it well. We continually seek ways to improve and challenge the status quo. Our teamwork is based on trust and respect for each other and we work together for the best possible outcome. We are always true to ourselves as well as our profession.
    TESTIMONIAL'S
"On behalf of my wife and I we would just like to thank Murrumbateman Veterinary Clinic and the two young guys and lady on reception who looked after me on Saturday morning around 8.30am when I bought down our small Cavalier King Charles dog “ puppet “ who had contracted an infection in the uterus and we knew it wasn’t good and that she would have to be put down , I was there approx. 1 ½ hours and these guys handled the situation very professionally with which I appreciated it was truly nice in what they did and how they went about it was excellent thanks again much appreciated and I have already spread the word about your good efforts and we will try and put a nice review on your website soon , shame others business weren’t run a professional as yours as it is hard to get good people in today’s world."

“We moved from Sydney to Yass 4 ½ years ago and were not confident of receiving “Big City” treatment for our Golden retrievers from a “Country Town” vet.

It didn’t take long for Yass Valley Vets to dispel that idea!!

Dr Stuart Williams and his amazing staff (Tamara, Fiona, Alex, Heidi, Kiri, Louise and all the others) have proved the equal of any city vet practice and their after- hours service is absolutely top notch - including an emergency caesarean on a Sunday. They even provide a home service to vaccinate and microchip puppies.

We recently had a sick puppy which was seen by Dr Alex Hibbard in after-hours and he looked after that puppy like his own – he contacted specialist vets to help in his diagnosis and kept us informed every step of the way to the puppy’s full recovery. Alex’s commitment and communication was exception and a credit to the practice.”
